Opportunity As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy AI & Tech Value Creation Senior Manager, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others, and solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to elevate issues. In this role you will assist clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal‑making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities Leading strategic advisory initiatives in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring to maximize client value Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to guide clients in informed decision‑making Developing strategic frameworks to navigate complex transactions and identify potential risks and opportunities Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within deal‑making processes Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure in ambiguous and challenging environments Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams Making difficult decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have At least a Bachelor’s degree At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master’s or MBA degree in fields such as Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain Demonstrating advanced skills in strategic planning and M&A strategy Utilizing analytical thinking for competitive analysis and market research Excelling in financial modeling and financial statement analysis Leading teams through complex post‑merger integration processes Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems Crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $124,000 - $280,000 based on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
