Onze klant in de banksector zoekt een ervaren Marketing Expert om hun team te versterken. Wat je doet Marketingstrategie & Campagnebeheer Ontwikkel en voer geïntegreerde omnichannel marketingcampagnes uit via eigen, verdiende en betaalde media, afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van de bank. Vertaal klantinzichten, marktinformatie en bedrijfsprioriteiten naar goed presterende marketinginitiatieven die de betrokkenheid en conversie verhogen. Pas Agile-methodologieën toe om werk te prioriteren, hypotheses te valideren, snel te experimenteren en de campagneprestaties continu te verbeteren. Beheer marketingprojecten van planning tot oplevering, met aandacht voor budgetbeheer, kwaliteit en tijdige uitvoering. Cross-functionele Samenwerking Werk samen met commerciële teams, product owners, digitale specialisten en externe bureaus om de marketingeffectiviteit te maximaliseren. Fungeer als een vertrouwde marketingadviseur en coördineer meerdere belanghebbenden gedurende de campagnelevering. Digitale Marketing & Klantacquisitie Optimaliseer digitale klantreizen om conversie en leadgeneratie te maximaliseren. Beheer en verbeter continu digitale marketingecosystemen (ervaring met Adobe Marketing Automation is een pluspunt). Monitor consumentengedrag en opkomende marketingtrends, inclusief hyperpersonalisatie en AI-gestuurde marketing. Maak gebruik van Kunstmatige Intelligentie om processen te automatiseren, personalisatie te verbeteren en marketingprestaties te versnellen. Klantreis & CRM-optimalisatie Ontwerp end-to-end klantreizen die zowel commerciële doelstellingen als de klantervaring ondersteunen. Ontwikkel lifecycle marketing- en CRM-strategieën gericht op langdurige klantbetrokkenheid. Implementeer permanente campagnes en voorspellende journey mapping met behulp van klantgegevens en AI. Identificeer knelpunten voor klanten en verbeter proactief de klantervaring door middel van datagestuurde initiatieven. Monitor campagneprestaties met behulp van KPI's en marketinganalyses, en optimaliseer continu de resultaten en ROI. Profiel Technische Vaardigheden Verplicht: Aantoonbare ervaring in strategische marketing en communicatie binnen een complexe organisatie. Sterke expertise in: Performance Marketing (SEO, SEA, Programmatic) Marketing Analytics Google Analytics Customer Data Platforms (CDP) CRM en Customer Lifecycle Management Customer Journey Mapping Omnichannel Marketing Ervaring met het beheren van complexe marketingprojecten van strategie tot uitvoering. Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholdermanagement en cross-functionele samenwerking. Ervaring met werken in Agile-omgevingen. Sterke organisatorische en projectmanagementvaardigheden. Voorkeur: Adobe Marketing Automation. Kennis van beleggingsproducten en financiële diensten. Ervaring met AI-gestuurde marketingtools en voorspellende analyses. Zakelijke Ervaring Verplicht: Aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren van marketing- en communicatiestrategieën binnen de financiële sector. Sterk begrip van complexe organisatorische omgevingen en governance. Soft Skills Klantgericht met een sterke commerciële mindset en focus op meetbare bedrijfsresultaten. Zeer analytisch, in staat om gegevens te vertalen naar bruikbare marketingstrategieën. Sterke projectmanagement- en organisatorische vaardigheden. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met het vermogen om belanghebbenden op alle niveaus te beïnvloeden. Creatieve denker die de status quo uitdaagt en innovatie stimuleert. Groeimarketing mindset met een continue focus op experimenten, optimalisatie en meetbare impact.
