Camp Head Coach (Volleyball)

Responsibilities Coaching and Skill Development (80%) – Lead and instruct players in the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, setting, serving, attacking, blocking, and defense. Provide individual and group coaching to ensure player development and improvement. Practice Plans and Drills (10%) – Create and implement structured, age-appropriate practice plans focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies. Incorporate a variety of drills that emphasize technical skills, physical conditioning, and volleyball IQ. Player Evaluation and Feedback (10%) – Assess each camper’s individual progress throughout the camp. Provide constructive feedback to campers and parents regarding strengths, areas for improvement, and future development. Adapt coaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of each camper.
