Camp Head Coach (Boy's Soccer)

Responsibilities On‑field coaching: organize and run training sessions specific to skill level and age, create a positive atmosphere around soccer within the group, and provide information and encouragement of ways to improve. (~50%) Chaperone: walk kids to and from dorm, dining hall, and fields; take attendance; make sure the entire group is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time. (~35%) Field manager: organize on‑field activities, substitutions, and setup of events. (~15%) Qualifications Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Multiple years of on‑field coaching experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Above average soccer knowledge , ability to put together proper training sessions, and ability to create a group environment. Compensation Pay range: $1,600–$1,800.
