Responsibilities

- Serve as the principal liaison between maintenance and operations, ensuring seamless communication.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance work to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Review and evaluate work orders, determine resource requirements, and develop detailed job plans.
- Anticipate potential delays, procure necessary parts, materials, and permits, and develop contingency plans.
- Prepare and sequence job packages for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Analyze unplanned work, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update the CMMS, track work orders, backlog, and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workforce allocation and cost efficiency.
- Support and enforce EHS policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and site-specific regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in industrial facilities or production maintenance.
- Associate degree in facility management, business administration, engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP, or equivalent).
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning expertise.
- Strong understanding of skilled trades (HVAC, Mechanics, Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, Cranes).
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, or Toyota Production Systems.
- Ability to write facility maintenance processes and procedures.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
