As a Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the members of our team and drive performance goals forward. The supervisor will also: Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers Operate POS system and photography equipment Maintain a safe and clean working environment All other tasks as assigned Photography experience not required.
