If this sounds like you, please apply!ResponsibilitiesSupport management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes on large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioningAssist with coordination of design development, constructability reviews, and BIM/clash detection processesSupport oversight of critical systems installation including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, fire protection, and BMS/EPMSHelp manage MEP schedules, phasing plans, and sequencing to align with project milestonesAssist in subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, contract administration, and performance trackingSupport QA/QC processes, inspections, and compliance with mission-critical standards and specificationsTrack budgets, cost reports, change management, and documentation for MEP scopesParticipate in commissioning planning, functional testing, and integrated systems testing activitiesAssist with closeout activities including O&M manuals, as-builts, attic stock, warranties, and turnover documentationCoordinate with field teams, superintendents, design consultants, commissioning agents, and owner representativesSupport safety compliance, site logistics planning, and workface coordinationMaintain project documentation, logs, reporting, and MEP deliverables trackingProactively identify issues and support risk mitigation planningContribute to preconstruction efforts including budgeting support, constructability input, and trade engagementQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred3-5 years of experience managing MEP scopes on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects (data centers strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling infrastructure, and mission-critical redundancy architecturesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-reliability environmentsExperience with commissioning processes, integrated testing, and critical systems turnoverThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
