Dental Assistant – West Los Angeles, CA
$20–$28/hour + Benefits | Full-Time
Our dental practice in the West Los Angeles area is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team! We’re a busy practice providing comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery .
We’re looking for someone with approximately 1–2 years of dental assisting experience who is comfortable working alongside the dentist and assisting with a variety of procedures. If you’re dependable, patient-focused, and enjoy being part of a collaborative dental team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide excellent patient care and help keep the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments
- Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry
- Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Sterilize and maintain instruments according to proper protocols
- Assist with a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery
- Provide chairside support to the dentist and help ensure an efficient patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 1–2 years of Dental Assistant experience
- Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Professional and compassionate with patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
