Bounteous is backed by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based growth-oriented investment firm that emphasizes business building.We are seeking a strategic executive Client Services Partner to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving digital and technology transformation, business modernization, and AI-enabled innovation across complex organizations. This role is accountable for end-to-end client success, portfolio growth, and operational excellence, partnering closely with C-suite clients and Bounteous leaders. This role will play a critical part in expanding Bounteous’ Consumer Business Unit, consulting capabilities, shaping industry strategy, and growing strategic client partnerships. The Consumer Business Unit services Bounteous clients across four sectors: Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Restaurant. We are seeking candidates based in or near Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves close, ongoing collaboration with clients in the area, so proximity to Atlanta and the ability to work on-site regularly are essential.Information Security ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive informationRole and ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a $15-20MM portfolio of client accounts, accountable for revenue growth, executive relationships, delivery success, and overall client satisfactionPartner closely with Business Development to drive account expansion and new opportunities by aligning client needs with Bounteous’ digital transformation and AI services capabilities and portfolio strategyServe as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and procurement stakeholders, leveraging industry expertise, AI-enabled solutions, and global engineering capabilities to unlock enterprise valueLead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews to ensure alignment across client priorities, Bounteous business units, and delivery leadershipOversee the commercial and operational performance of the portfolio, including pipeline management, forecasting, financial performance, margin protection, risk mitigation, and complianceLead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and product leadership to execute complex enterprise transformation programsEnsure delivery of scalable, client-centric digital transformation initiatives with accountability for solution estimates, SOW development, resource planning, and commercial governanceBuild and mentor high-performing teams while serving as a visible ambassador for the Consumer business unit with clients, partners, and industry forumsPreferred Qualifications10+ years of consulting or account leadership experience at digital services firms and/or leading digital or technology organizations inside retail or consumer goods companies10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives, including digital modernization and enterprise program deliveryDeep expertise in retail and/or consumer goods industries with strong connections at leading companies in at least one of the sectorsExperience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives leveraging modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and global engineering teamsProven success managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth within digital transformation, engineering services, or professional services environmentsOutstanding executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic transformation discussionsStrong leadership experience guiding cross-functional consulting, engineering, and delivery teams in complex enterprise environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsBA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experienceWe invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.Bounteous is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
