Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking an Associate Manager of Client Services. The Associate Manager-Client Services (AMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The AMCS works together with their manager (Engagement / Sr Engagement / Group Manager of Client Services) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.Typically, the AMCS handles a single account / group of accounts / part of a large account with a P&L of $10M. Role Description:• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build and nurture a portfolio ~ $10M or more, owns the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions About Infosys Information Services and Publishing Practice : Infosys’ Information Services and Publishing (IS &P) practice serves marquee clients in Newspaper, Book publishing business (B2C) and Information services providers (primarily B2B). Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and a minimum 7 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience• Significant client relationship / project management experience• Experience serving / working for Publishing / Information Services industries. This includes Book Publishers, Newspapers, Domain specific Information providers (such as Legal, Financials, Risk Management)• Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required, we are not able to sponsor this position at this time Preferred Qualifications: • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers.
