Job Description

Pink Fleet Logistics LLC is currently onboarding dependable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for last-mile package delivery.

Drivers report to our Lebanon, Indiana warehouse to pick up and load their assigned packages before traveling to their delivery area. Current routes include Lafayette, Indiana and surrounding areas .

Routes are available immediately, including opportunities to start as soon as tomorrow.

Compensation & Schedule

• $1.70 per successfully delivered package
• Additional $0.50 per duplicate package delivered to the same stop/address
• Weekly pay
• First week’s pay is held, with weekly payments beginning thereafter
• Routes available 7 days per week , based on package volume
• Package counts and route volume may vary daily

Driver Requirements

You must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, current vehicle registration and insurance, and a smartphone with reliable data service.

Drivers must be able to reliably commute to Lebanon, IN for package pickup and be comfortable traveling to and delivering throughout Lafayette, IN and surrounding areas .

Previous package delivery experience is preferred but not required .

3. Our warehouse is located in Lebanon, Indiana . Are you able to reliably commute to the warehouse each scheduled day to pick up your packages?

4. What days of the week are you available to work? Please list all days you can consistently commit to.

5. Routes are available immediately. What is the earliest date you can start?

6. Do you have previous package delivery or independent-contractor delivery experience? If yes, please list the company/companies and approximately how long you worked with them.

7. Are you comfortable delivering packages in Lafayette, Indiana and surrounding areas ?

8. Are you comfortable using your personal vehicle and personal phone throughout the delivery day for navigation, scanning, and completing deliveries?

9. Compensation is $1.70 per successfully delivered package plus $0.50 per duplicate package delivered to the same stop/address. Pay is weekly, with the first week’s pay held and weekly payments beginning thereafter. Are you comfortable with this pay structure?

10. Are you able to consistently complete your assigned route and communicate promptly with management regarding delays, vehicle issues, package problems, or emergencies?

IMPORTANT

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers use their own vehicle and smartphone and are responsible for expenses associated with operating their vehicle.
