Schedule: Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, giving you every other weekend off. Ability to earn pay increasesand advancement opportunities A supportive and inclusive work culturethat prioritizes safety Approved job-related training and tuition reimbursement Paid holidays and paid time off What you’ll do… Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and facility electrical systems Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, transformers, control panels, sensors, lighting, and other production equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation Troubleshoot and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using basic and ladder logic Maintain maintenance records, work orders, machine history, and equipment modifications using computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) Support continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety and electrical standards What you'll bring... Five (5) years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education, apprenticeship, military experience, or trade school High school diploma or equivalent Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial electrical equipment and automated manufacturing systems Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting using ladder logic Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Advanced knowledge of: Industrial electrical systems Industrial controls and instrumentation Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits Temperature and pressure control systems Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
