Allergy - Physician Assistant

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Allergy team at the Tacoma Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. If you are dedicated and forward-thinking, we are looking for a clinician who is energized by collaboration, passionate about patient-centered specialty care and excited to help build and evolve in a high-impact role within the Service Line.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Allergy/Immunology and is preferred but not required.

This position is 100% outpatient with a flexible schedule of 4/10 hour shifts.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $136,809 to $160,951, a value-based incentive program, generous employer retirement contributions, a cash balance plan, shareholder track program, market-leading health benefits, generous paid time off, paid annual education leave with an allowance, leadership development opportunities, employer paid malpractice and tail coverage, and professional licensure.

New hire incentives include a relocation allowance up to $13,000 based on location at time of offer.

Qualifications include a Physician Assistant degree, NCCPA certification (PA-C), ability to obtain an unrestricted federal DEA, and ability to obtain a WA State medical license. Clinical experience in Allergy/Immunology is preferred.
