Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant Outpatient Internal Medicine In Quaint Wilmington Nc
An established, independent Internal Medicine practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly respected team. This physician-owned practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for its collaborative culture, exceptional staff, and outstanding patient care.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, four-day workweek outpatient Internal Medicine
- Outpatient Internal Medicine seeing 16-18 patients/day
- Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a modern facility with 18-exam rooms
- Strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized patient relationships
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary, $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage
- CME allowance, and generous paid time off
Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care
- Efficient, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- A collaborative team player with a proven track record of building positive relationships with colleagues and patients
