They are known for their commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement while providing employees with opportunities for long-term growth and development.What's in it for you?Direct hire opportunity — work directly for the employer from day oneCompetitive pay of $20.00-$28.00 per hour based on experienceFirst shift schedule with weekends offOvertime opportunities availableStable company with long-term career potentialClean, safety-focused manufacturing environmentOpportunity to grow your machining skills and advance your careerCNC Operator Details:Direct hire position$ 20.00 to $ 28.00 / hourFull time work availableFirst shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersLoad materials and tooling into machinesMonitor machine operation and make adjustments as neededPerform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsComplete production and inspection documentationPerform routine machine maintenance and maintain organized work areasFollow all safety and quality standardsCNC Operator Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable attendance and strong work ethicHigh school diploma or GED preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
