Competitive hourly compensation of $140–$150 Flexible schedules (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, optional Saturdays) No night or weekend call Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Federal and state loan repayment eligibility (NHSC scholar site) CME paid time off and stipend, plus medical license/DEA/board certification stipends Nose and tail malpractice coverage Potential for growth opportunities in a mission-oriented environment Supportive multidisciplinary team serving 48,000 patients annually Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pediatricians, internists, specialists, dentists, and behavioral health providers Manage a patient panel with an average of 18–20 patients per day Deliver culturally sensitive and high-quality care to low-income and underserved communities Participate in preventative healthcare and chronic disease management Maintain accurate and timely medical records in alignment with clinic protocols Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active California Medical License (or eligibility) Valid DEA License Strong commitment to serving underserved populations Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Experience in outpatient primary care preferred Interested in hearing more?
