Are you mechanically inclined and detail-oriented with experience in printing or production environments? A well-established paper and packaging manufacturer is hiring Print Press Operators for 1st and 2nd shift openings in Phoenix. Job Type
Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Key Duties
- Set up, adjust, and operate printing presses according to production requirements
- Monitor press operation during runs to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain machine efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Record production data and complete required paperwork
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 2:00 AM Monday Friday
(Overtime may be required based on production needs.)
Pay
- $20.00 $22.00 per hour DOE
Requirements
- Prior press operator, machine operator, or mechanical production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and teamwork attitude
