Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing established therapeutic methods to facilitate personal growth and improvement.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients, scheduling sessions in a way that aligns with individual client needs and personal availability.

• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation, treatment planning, and compliance reporting effectively.

• Provide exceptional care by implementing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, documenting all interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult clients aged 18 and older, addressing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
