At 9:30am CST, you’re settled in at our Cary, Illinois location (3909 Three Oaks Rd). Your queue includes inquiries about current sales promotions, installation timelines, and account communications. By early afternoon, you’re tracking a customer claim and ensuring it’s handled fairly and effectively in line with consumer laws. You close the day reviewing survey feedback and shaping ideas that help us better inform and educate customers across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a frontline resource for customers on sales, promotions, installations, and general communications.
• Resolve claims and complaints impartially, efficiently, and in accordance with consumer protection standards.
• Develop organization-wide initiatives that proactively educate customers and improve their experience.
• Translate customer survey insights into actionable improvement plans.

Schedule and location

• Location: Illinois, Cary — 3909 Three Oaks Rd
• Shift: 9:30am–6:00pm CST

Compensation

Pay rate: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience (minimum).
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs arise.
