We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer / Purchasing Agent to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective purchasing decisions. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support sourcing initiatives

• Identify, evaluate, and vet potential vendors to ensure quality and reliability

• Lead price and contract negotiations for services, materials, equipment, and supplies

• Formalize agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications

• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities

• Support and participate in internal audit and control processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement operations

What You'll Need

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of compliance and internal control processes

Pay Details: $37.25 per hour
