Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our advanced platform along with your own network
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
• Continue nurturing leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring experiences
• Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
• Generate income based on meetings you set, interviews that happen, and hires that stem from your leads

Compensation
