Your Role and Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform along with your network
• Engage with candidates to introduce MLR prospects and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments for deeper engagements between candidates and our recruiters
• Follow up on leads to sustain interest and guide the hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Benefit from commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
