This is done by following and teaching our policies and procedures, but also maintaining our top three priorities: guest service, food quality, and making it great! Serving great food and care for customers are our keys to success. These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company./liliExecute catering orders and online orders accurately/liliEffective control of food and labor costs/liliWork schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts, and mid shifts/liliCultivate relationships with staff, guests, and fellow management/liliLead by positive example in all aspects of the job/liliDevelop and maintain a positive work environment and culture/liliUphold and enforce uniform policies/liliAdhere to all store security procedures/liliAdhere to all store safety procedures/liliComplete delivery orders from purveyors and check-in these orders to ensure accuracy and quality of products on assigned days/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCurrent food handler certificates/liliClean driving record/liliAbility to carry at least 50 lbs./liliStrong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)/liliStrong interpersonal skills/liliAbility to stand for long periods of time/liliAbility to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift/liliAble to multitask and organize/li/ulpCompensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour/ppCabo Bobs is not just any burrito restaurant.
