Job Overview
Join a leading national care network in Stevensville, Michigan, as a full-time post-acute care physician. Enjoy a flexible four-day weekly schedule visiting skilled nursing facilities, backed by strong mentorship, uncapped earnings, and robust leadership training.
Role Highlights
· Pay & Schedule: Earn $200,000 to $240,000 yearly via salary and fee-for-service with unlimited productivity bonuses and a four-day workweek.

Core Duties
· Inpatient Rounding: 15-20 patients a day
· Patient Care: Complete health evaluations and create custom treatment plans.
· Teamwork: Work alongside nurses and other medical staff daily.
· Communication: Guide patients and families through care choices.
· Documentation: Keep clear and timely medical charts.

Requirements
· License: Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration.
· US Citizen
· Background: Open to new graduates; prior clinic, emergency, or acute care experience is a plus.
· Skills: Great communication and a team-first mindset.
