The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while leading a medium-sized team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position focuses on maintaining operational excellence, managing staff performance, and fostering strong customer and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
- Manage and develop a medium-sized team
- Handle budget planning and financial oversight
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Maintain positive customer relations and resolve issues
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support team development and training initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in general management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Expertise in operational management and problem solving
- Excellent communication abilities
- Effective time management skills
