Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP - CCC certification and state licensure required
• Experience working within school settings, particularly with middle school populations, is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide targeted interventions for speech and language challenges
• Comfortable leveraging technology for potential virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to 6th-grade students with a range of speech and language needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education professionals, and families to support student success
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations for continued growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in school-based practice
