Job Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Infusion to insert, monitor, and remove intravenous lines, administer medications, blood products, and nutrition, and provide comprehensive nursing care in patients’ homes. The RN will document vital signs, complete physical assessments, and maintain accurate records, while coordinating staffing, communicating with patients and agencies, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities Insert and manage intravenous lines, administer prescribed solutions, medications, and monitor infusion sites. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and maintain documentation of all patient-related activities. Perform veinous phlebotomy as required for blood level checks. Acquire sets of vital signs, complete physical assessments, and review of systems during the entire infusion process. Coordinate staffing services for patient care in collaboration with Company Directors, Nursing Coordinator, and Director of Nursing. Communicate with patients to determine problems and propose solutions regarding their treatment. Deliver and review therapy administration reports, verify accuracy of nursing notes, and ensure essential information such as drug dosing and administration times are documented. Maintain continuous communication with families, supervisors, field personnel, and agencies about patient status and special needs. Communicate all problems and reportable situations to the referring MD, office administrators, and LUX Infusion nursing staff. Assist with and review compliance paperwork, and apply federal and state laws and ethical standards in daily practice. Provide education to patients and caregivers for home infusion drug and IV line management. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license; minimum of two years of RN experience in any state is preferred. IV certification and experience in central line care and management. Clinical training in home care, critical care, emergency nursing, acute inpatient care, or hospital discharge planning. Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel to patients’ homes. Experience delivering customer service to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on quality and satisfaction metrics. CPR certification (preferred). Additional Skills & Abilities Professional nursing care aligned with psychosocial and physical patient needs. Ability to coordinate care planning across disciplines. Responsive to changes in patient condition and treatment outcomes. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Competence in medical‑surgical knowledge, phlebotomy, and venous access. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑stress environment. Pay Range / Rate

$55 – $65 USD
