Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and weekend hours every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2-3+ years of ED experience and at least 1 year of travel experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to efficiently and safely care for patients, recognizing changes in patient status and responding appropriately. Responsibilities include working within a team to provide care to geriatric and adult patients, and occasionally pediatric patients, in a busy Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certifications.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• 1 year of travel experience preferred.
