Geriatric Occupational Therapist - Rehab & Wellness

EHG

Eastern Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Newport News, VA. You will assess referred patients, develop and administer treatment plans, and document progress under physician direction.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care in long-term and geriatric settings, collaboration with nursing and therapy disciplines, and compliance with HIPAA and facility policies. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
