Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently oversee day-to-day property operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate financial prudence, adhering to the approved budget, and overseeing maintenance.
• Lead lease enforcement, handling approvals for applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Provide mentorship to property staff, ensuring team goals through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
• Foster a strong client/owner relationship with regular updates and addressing owner requests.

Requirements:

• Previous property management experience with a proven track record. (150+ Units)
• Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
• Strong financial acumen, budget creation, and fiscal reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture, and equal employment opportunities for all.
• Knowledge of LIHTC/TX Credit compliance process (a plus).
• This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience.
