Senior Estimator

I’m currently working with an employee‑owned contractor specialising in high‑end commercial façade and building envelope projects. They’re looking to bring on an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background across glass, glazing, curtain wall, storefronts, and window systems. This is a hands‑on role, heavily involved in complex, high‑value projects from concept through to final bid. Ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the full estimating process and working on technically challenging scopes. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates across glass, glazing, curtain wall, storefront, and window packages Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop accurate cost plans Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve scope and design queries Maintain and update estimating tools and databases (Bluebeam, Excel, OST or similar) Analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required Deliver accurate two‑stage tenders within deadlines Requirements 10+ years’ estimating experience within glass, glazing, façades, or building envelope Proven track record delivering complex commercial projects Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefronts, and window systems Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel (OST or similar is a plus) Detail‑oriented with strong commercial and communication skills If this sounds of interest, feel free to drop me a message or email me at View email address on click.appcast.io to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
