EXCAVATOR / HYDRAULIC PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

THIS POSITION INVOLVES:

• Answering support calls (phone support) to assist customers (dealers, OEMs, and end users) during HCT kit installation.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Intricate knowledge of the workings on excavators to support the installation of HCT kits.
• Assisting with addressing concerns, issues, design, fitment, etc.
• Communicating and coordinating with our engineers to review/improve designs based on qualified feedback
• Supporting the sales department with application qualification and pre-sales questions
• Assisting the measurement team with new machines/designs
• Assisting with in-house installations and R&D as needed
• Reviewing engineering drawings using the machine specific measurement guide
• Attending meetings to learn about new developments and provide customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree or trade school with technical emphasis is a plus, but not a requirement
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Punctuality and Accountability
• Clean drug screening
• Clean background check
• Overtime when necessary
• The ability to troubleshoot and read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Experience with excavators and the theory of operation is a plus, but not a requirement
