We Take Care of Our Team What You Drive at DTNA Support Operational Readiness activities for new product introductions, equipment implementations, capacity expansions, and operationally impacted projects. Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs). Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Program Management, and Facilities. Track schedules, action items, risks, decisions, and dependencies. Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports. Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates. Support identification and escalation of project risks and issues. Assist with plant readiness activities and production ramp-up. Monitor project KPIs and process improvement opportunities. Coordinate operator training and readiness activities. Support capacity planning and operational readiness reviews. Maintain project records and leadership reporting. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related field. 1-3 years of applicable experience; internships/co-ops may be considered in lieu of a degree Basic understanding of project management principles. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in cross-functional environments. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Experience supporting manufacturing launches or equipment implementations. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TOS principles. Certified Lean Expert or TOS Specialist Experience with Microsoft Project, Teams Planner or similar tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations. Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Detroit, MI US.
