We’re looking for a Recruiter who loves people, thrives on hustle, and wants to build a long‑term career in staffing. You’ll act as a true matchmaker, pairing top talent with companies across accounting, construction management, engineering, medical device, sales and more. Key Responsibilities Run full‑cycle recruiting using our proven 10‑step placement process Source hidden talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking Partner with hiring managers to understand real business needs Support candidates through onboarding for long‑term success Represent Reitman at job fairs and industry events — always with a human touch Qualifications Recruiting or staffing experience preferred Strong organization, communication, and urgency Curiosity about business and the economy A service‑driven mindset built on integrity and relationships You’ll start by supporting senior recruiters while learning the industry fast — with a clear path to building your own client base and earning more as you grow.
