About the Company PACT MSO, LLC is a management service organization that supports a large multi-specialty practice of providers. We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Associate who will be working onsite daily in Branford Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Summary Performs administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects. Provides day‑to‑day support to the HR team on core HR processes including recruiting, performance management, timekeeping, FMLA, etc. Essential Functions Support the administrative function of HR functions and processes including recruiting, performance management, timekeeping, FMLA, open enrollment, etc. Run reports for auditing and reconciling data Supports preparing HR data for payroll Provides support for the HR professional team Provides support on HR projects Answer phone and respond to emails Back up to HR staff Skills and Knowledge Strong knowledge of how databases work Excellent knowledge with HRIS preferably UKG Understanding of HR functions Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of HR experience 5 years of experience working with computers and HRIS Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
