Description The Workforce Management analyst plays a key role in supporting the Patient Access Organization by monitoring staffing patterns, scheduling efficiency, and team utilization. This position is responsible for analyzing and accounting for non-productive staff time to ensure resources are aligned with patient demand and service expectations. The Workforce Management analyst is responsible for managing the centralized call out process and coordinating operational activities that supports an efficient operating model. By providing actionable data and recommendations, the Workforce Analyst helps leadership optimize workforce capacity, improve operational performance, and maintain high-quality patient access. $33.95- $69.54 #J-18808-Ljbffr UCLA Outpatient Clinics
