Machinist

Rinvio is hiring a Machinist for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Oakland, CA market. This is an hourly full-time W-2 role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Type: Full-Time W-2.

Primary scope: manual or CNC machining, setup, measuring, repair support, fabrication support, and industrial production work.

What you will do:

• Set up and operate machining equipment, measure parts, hold tolerances, and support production or repair work.
• Read drawings, inspect work, document issues, and coordinate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Keep work areas safe, organized, and aligned with industrial quality and production expectations.

Background that fits:

• Machining experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, fabrication, repair, or production environments
• Comfort reading drawings, using precision measuring tools, holding tolerances, and documenting work
• Manual mill/lathe, CNC, repair machining, or job-shop experience is useful
