Accounting ManagerThe Lincoln Group has partnered with a full service architecture and design firm located in Las Vegas in search of an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee and administer the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable and payroll.Type of Hire: Direct Hire Office Schedule : In-Office, M-F Compensation: Up to $85K/year ResponsibilitiesAll accounting functions and bookkeepingGeneral ledger entries as needed and directedReconcile general ledger accounts and bank reconciliationsEnter and process semi-monthly payrollProvide management with information vital to the decision-making processAssessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processesAdhere to internal controls, as established by CFO, to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflowsMaintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expendituresOversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivityTake lead on initiatives or projects as assigned by managementRequirementsAt least 7 years of professional accounting experienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field is preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processesProven experience in managing accounting operationsAbility to be flexible and highly responsive to client needs and requestsExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience developing standards and analyzing information that may be complex or requiring research.About Lincoln GroupWe are a woman-owned executive search, retained search, and professional solutions firm specializing in a tailor-made approach to service.
