Accounting Manager

Position Summary

Bartech Systems International is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial goals. This role will manage month-end close processes, supervise accounting staff, and partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain and improve accounting controls and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop accounting team members.
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial analysis and operational support.
• Process biweekly payroll using ADP TotalSource.
• Manage employee benefits, including sourcing and coordinating benefit plans.
• Coordinate annual general liability insurance renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA designation preferred.

• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location organizations.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Process improvement and internal controls expertise.

Schedule and Location

• Full-time, onsite position at Las Vegas office.
• Reports to the Controller.
