We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to transform complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and actionable business insights.

In-person Interview required. Please submit local candidates only. All submitted candidates must be your W2. The candidate must be willing to complete an assignment and share the Public Tableau dashboard of the assignment if selected for an interview.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Tableau Dashboard Design & Development

7+ years of Data Visualization & Storytelling

7+ years of Business Requirements Gathering

7+ years of Data Analysis & Interpretation

7+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions

3+ years of Salesforce integration experience

5+ years of experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake

3+ years of Tableau Online experience

Preferred Skills:

7+ years of Predictive Analytics & Forecasting Models

7+ years of ETL Processes

5+ years of Data Warehousing Concepts

1+ year of Sigma Computing

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity

Recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization techniques

Evaluate predictive analytics and forecasting models

Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

Conduct end-user training and provide documentation

Continuously refine BI strategy based on evolving business needs

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
