Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow ENT department (adult & pediatric ENT services: Head & Neck, Rhinology, Otology, Laryngology).

Mentor, teach, and develop junior staff/faculty and residents.

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume practice.

Oversee academic/clinical excellence initiatives.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (APPs, specialists, referral network).

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

MD/DO + Board Certification in Otolaryngology.

Minimum 5+ years experience (post-fellowship strongly preferred).

Leadership/management experience (developing teams, program building).

Proven academic contributions (research, teaching, publications, presentations).

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

Fellowship training in subspecialty ENT (Head & Neck, Otology, Rhinology, etc.).

Experience in high-volume, multi-specialty clinical environments.

$480K$530K base salary + full benefits + malpractice + retirement contributions.
