As a Limousine Dispatcher at USA Transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our luxury transportation services. You will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of our fleet of vehicles and chauffeurs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is located in Boca Raton.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet customer demands and schedules.
• Communicate with clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Efficiently plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Monitor vehicle locations, traffic conditions, and potential delays, and provide timely updates to clients and drivers.
• Respond promptly to unforeseen situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, and coordinate necessary actions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, client interactions, and driver assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to chauffeurs, including assistance with navigation and addressing on-road issues.
• Ensure that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Familiarity with local streets, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, drivers, and team members effectively.
• Ability to make quick decisions, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using dispatching software and common office applications.
