This role is responsible for managing new client intakes, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and caregivers within a private duty setting. Key Responsibilities Manage the intake process for new clients, including collecting and verifying required documentation Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding scheduling needs and updates Verify insurance and funding sources, including long-term care policies and Workers’ Compensation Ensure all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant Address scheduling conflicts and make real-time adjustments as needed Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams Qualifications Previous experience in an intake, scheduling, or administrative role (healthcare/private duty preferred) Experience working with long-term care insurance policies required Experience with private pay and Workers’ Compensation cases Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Senior Care Solutions Group
