Associate Director, HCP Marketing

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director of HCP Marketing to lead commercial strategy and tactical execution for a rare disease asset launch. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across marketing, market access, medical affairs, and regulatory functions to deliver integrated commercial plans and drive market adoption in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as commercial team member, embedding market needs into cross-functional product planning
• Lead brand planning, messaging, and claims development for BBP-418 launch
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive behavioral change and brand growth
• Create metrics frameworks to measure and track success of marketing and promotional programs
• Manage commercial convention presence including booth design, production, and event execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing and commercial strategy development
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience leading agile teams and managing marketing campaign development and execution
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of market access and reimbursement strategy development
