Associate Director, Oncology Market Access Marketing

Associate Director role focused on oncology market access strategy at AbbVie. Leads payer engagement activities to support product launch and sustained access, integrating market insights into cross-functional commercial decisions while managing access monitoring, channel strategies, and evidence development.
Responsibilities
- Monitor payer policy landscape and communicate regular updates to leadership
- Track launch readiness metrics and provide reporting to commercial leadership
- Represent market access in cross-functional brand governance forums and strategy planning
- Lead recurring access forums to identify and resolve payer and channel challenges
- Support development of channel-specific strategies for community oncology and GPOs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years marketing or market access experience
- Experience supporting HCP-administered pharmaceutical assets
- Knowledge of Medical Benefit, utilization management, and reimbursement dynamics
- Ability to understand clinical aspects and apply to marketing strategy
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- 3 years US market access experience preferred
