Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Patent Prosecution Attorney with a background in electrical engineering to join their national Intellectual Property group in Madison, WI. Responsibilities Conduct patent prosecution with a focus on electrical engineering. Collaborate with a national team on intellectual property matters. Develop and maintain client relationships. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution. Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Strong academic record. Education Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or related field required. Certifications Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Skills Excellent communication and analytical skills.
