Experience a rewarding opportunity as a dedicated School Psychologist supporting students and school staff in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, contract position is designed to provide maternity leave coverage from October through November, working across two buildings—a K-5 elementary school and a 7-8 middle school. Contribute your expertise to help shape positive student outcomes and collaborate with faculty in an engaging and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Familiarity with assessment tools for K-8 students
• Knowledge of academic, behavioral, and emotional interventions
• Strong case management and report-writing skills
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple campuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform psycho-educational evaluations for elementary and middle school students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support student success
• Provide consultation on interventions, accommodation planning, and behavioral management
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare timely reports
• Support crisis intervention efforts as needed
• Deliver counseling and social-emotional support as identified in student plans
