Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Independence, United States. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, delivering exceptional service to every customer interaction. As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence
Answer incoming calls and inquiries with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to resolve customer concerns
Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Provide product and service information tailored to customer needs, offering personalized recommendations when appropriate
Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, working collaboratively to find effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our systems and tools
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing requests to ensure timely responses
Keep your workspace organized and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Collaborate with team members to support overall customer service goals and contribute to a positive team culture
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share feedback with management

Qualifications

**Preferred Experience:**

Previous customer service or customer-facing experience in a retail, hospitality, or corporate environment
Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar platforms
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

**Education & Certifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Successful completion of a background check

**Domain Expertise:**

None required; comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided
