Experienced Digital Marketing Director For Industrial Equipment

Job Description The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of current and widely used systems and tactics. Must be a self‑starter and require little to no management. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas. Make 50‑75 cold calls per day. Work closely with engineering and outside sales teams. Read engineering files (SolidWorks and AutoCAD). Call facility and maintenance personnel. Have a 3‑year track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas. Cold call and drive net new business. Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies that fit your personality to ensure customer engagement is always increasing. Work closely with component suppliers and build great relationships with their team. Deliver top‑notch customer service. Handle field measurements for replacement conveyor belts, replacement parts, complete recycling systems, or conveyor replacements. Help customers obtain correct measurements for sprockets, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys (with and without lagging), and safety equipment. Provide both positive and critical feedback to all team members to ensure continuous growth and enhancement of the product line. Have the ability to present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities that may exceed $1MM. Senior Marketer Responsibilities and Duties Cold call and develop a new customer base from scratch (50‑75 calls per day). Always use our internal CRM/ERP platform. Meet or exceed quota for your territory (net new business & existing). Qualifications Highly motivated to make money. Excellent customer service skills.
