Stopwatch Urgent Care is hiring a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Phenix City clinic. Phenix City sits on the Alabama-Georgia border across from Columbus, GA, offering affordable living with access to a larger metro area. This role also covers our nearby Ladonia clinic. Perform common urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals. Order and interpret in-house labs and imaging. Prescribe, educate patients, and complete same-day charting in Experity EMR. How You'll Practice You are the provider on shift and make your own clinical decisions, backed by established protocols, a dedicated clinic team, and clinical leadership when you need them. Onboarding includes a structured clinical orientation. Schedules are published in advance through a self-scheduling app, and extra shifts are easy to pick up. Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials. Productivity incentives are available above base pay. Sign-on bonuses are offered on a case-by-case basis, based on experience and start date. Relocation assistance may also be available.
